Our Common Language

There are 2.9 million workers in Victoria, and 26% of those speak a language other than English at home.

Launched to coincide with Cultural Diversity Week, we created the ‘Workplace Safety is our Common Language’ campaign. Developed in partnership with multicultural communities throughout Victoria, the campaign delivered targeted messages in over 20 languages.

 

We created the main TVC with a singular narrator as the voiceover. This creative choice allowed for the visual execution to remain the same while recording different voiceover variations for 7 priority languages.

We created 4 case studies in priority languages to be used as targeted messages and part of stakeholder packs. Further, we created a suite of supporting material for workplaces to use on-site.
