In Australia, the unemployment rate for people with a disability is twice that of the general population. This community is often shut out of the employment process before even getting a chance to interview.

Idea:

The EmployAble Letter.

A cover letter and call to action that asks Australian employers to fulfill the role on ability and not incorrect assumptions of capability.

This idea was written not just for those with a disability, but for everyone and anyone: This fight is for equality and we will need the efforts of the majority to help give voice to a minority. It is my hope you will join this small but important movement to end discrimination.
